Officially licensed by EOS Worldwide
Lockstep is the officially licensed EOS application built natively on monday.com. That means your business operating system (EOS) runs on the same Monday.com platform your team already uses.

Visible to everyone in monday.com — and exportable as the real two-page EOS document.
Seats, roles, and owners — so everyone working in monday.com is clear on what they own.
Quarterly priorities planned and run with monday.com's full project management power.
A timed agenda that keeps teams on track — drop down issues and capture headlines and to-dos as you go.
A true EOS scorecard — 13 weeks at a glance, so you can have an absolute pulse on your business.
Not a mockup, not a template. A purpose-built EOS application on the platform you already pay for.
Fully configurable with in-line editing and filters.
Segue, scorecard, rocks, headlines, to-dos, issues, conclude — start to finish.
Most "EOS on monday.com" setups are a configuration. Boards relabeled with EOS language, a dashboard on top, and a standing requirement that your team supply the discipline the tool doesn't.
An EOS L10 is a live, synchronous session where everyone is in lockstep with the discussion, whether they're in the room together or three time zones away. Running that on standard monday boards doesn't give you the timing, the facilitation, or the interaction between scorecard, rocks, to-dos and issues that an L10 depends on.
Dedicated EOS platforms solve that by building the experience itself: software that keeps everyone focused, keeps the discussion on point, and keeps the agenda moving. That is the reason those platforms exist.
Lockstep delivers it inside monday.com, where your company already works. The clock moves you through the agenda and everyone moves with it. Add an issue from anywhere. Easily drop down rocks or measurables that are off track. Capture a to-do without leaving the section you're in. Rate the meeting, conclude, and the L10 becomes a record you can report on: how your meetings are trending, how healthy they are over time.
Pure EOS. Pure monday.com. We did the hard part so you don't have to choose.
Priced at parity with the leading EOS platforms — but instead of a second system, you get EOS where your business already runs.
See how your team is executing EOS the same way you already see everything else in monday.com — one platform, one source of truth, and more value from the investment you've made.
If your clients run on monday.com, you don't have to send them out to sign up for another system — they run pure EOS right where they already work.
Your EOS clients get more out of the platform you put them on — and a business running more of itself in monday.com is a client who needs you more.
Licensed by EOS Worldwide. We keep EOS pure — real tools, real terminology, real discipline — running inside monday.com where your team already works.
Lockstep is a native monday.com application for running your business on EOS. It's designed around the complete suite of EOS foundational tools — Accountability Chart, V/TO, Rocks, Meetings, and Scorecards — running on the platform your team uses every day.
Lockstep ships today with meetings, rocks, and scorecards, and the Accountability Chart and V/TO are under development and will be released shortly.
It runs inside your existing monday.com account. You purchase and install Lockstep from the monday.com Marketplace. There is no separate login.
An integration copies data between two separate products. Your team still lives in two tools, and the connection only carries whatever the integration supports. Lockstep isn't connected to monday.com — it's built on monday.com. Your EOS data is monday data, so it works with your boards, dashboards, automations, and permissions natively, with nothing to keep in sync.
No. Everyone uses their existing monday.com account. If they can log into monday.com, they can use Lockstep.
Ninety, Strety, Success.co, and EOS One are strong dedicated EOS platforms, and if your company doesn't use monday.com, any of them is a reasonable choice. But each is a separate product with separate logins, separate billing, and another place your team has to go. Lockstep removes that tradeoff by delivering the EOS experience on monday.com itself, so EOS lives alongside the other work you're managing instead of in another tab.
Less than you'd think, and the gap is closing with every release. Lockstep ships today with three of the five EOS foundational tools: Meetings, Rocks, and Scorecard. The V/TO and Accountability Chart are under development and will be released shortly. The whole design philosophy of Lockstep is that you give up nothing over a dedicated platform — you just remove the need to sign up for a second one.
We intend to keep Lockstep focused purely on delivering EOS. Because you're already running on the monday.com platform, you have an infinitely extensible tool for creating automations and workflows across every other aspect of your business — so Lockstep doesn't need to drift into feature creep, and can stay singularly focused on EOS.
Lockstep is an application, not a configuration or a template. For the fuller description, read How It Works.
Yes. Lockstep runs the full Level 10 agenda: Segue, Scorecard review, Rock review, Headlines, To-Do review, IDS, and Conclude — with timekeeping, ratings, and cascading messages.
All the interaction within an L10 meeting, such as “drop it down,” “add an issue,” “take a to-do,” “any cascading messages?”, and so on, all just happen in the meeting view, and they write straight to the Monday board.
The same way any other board and item integrate. Standard board-to-board connections work the way they always do — connect your Rocks to your project boards, route to-dos into an existing task board, add your own, automations, dashboards, and so on.
If there's a specific setup you want, reach out to us, and we'll show you how to get it done in monday.com.
Both are under development and will be released shortly. Until then, teams run their Meetings, Rocks, and Scorecards in Lockstep and keep their V/TO and Accountability Chart in their current format. When these tools ship, they'll follow the same pure EOS structure as the rest of Lockstep.
Not yet, but very soon. Quarterly and Annual Session support will come right after the V/TO and Accountability Chart are released. They'll follow the same rich UI as the Level 10 Meeting, including the timer and full facilitation features.
Yes. Lockstep is an official licensee of EOS Worldwide. It's built by See Work Flow, a monday.com partner. Official licensees are required to follow EOS purely and maintain consistency with the EOS framework, so what you get in Lockstep is EOS as it's meant to be run. One of our founders is also an Expert EOS Implementer and was directly involved in the design of Lockstep.
Lockstep should be on a paid Monday.com plan. It isn't tied to a particular monday.com product, like CRM or Work Management. If you're unsure which product or tier you have, you can check here. If you have questions about your current monday.com account and running Lockstep, please reach out to us.
Yes, and this is the point of being built on monday.com. Rocks can link to the project boards where the work happens. To-dos can flow into your team's existing task boards. Your automations and notifications work on Lockstep data just like any other monday data — because it is monday data.
Your data lives in your own monday.com account. If you cancel Lockstep, your data remains in your account as standard boards and items. You lose the Lockstep UI and custom views, not your data.
Lockstep is designed and priced to be on par with the dedicated EOS platforms, so your out-of-pocket cost is about the same. The difference is operational: your team doesn't have to move to another platform, learn another platform, or manage another platform. See current plans on our pricing page.
Setup is quick. You create a workspace, add the template, configure your settings, and you're ready to run your first Level 10.
If you want help with migration or any configuration issues, just please contact us and we'll help you through it.
Yes. EOS is EOS, whether you work with an implementer or run it yourself. Lockstep follows the pure EOS structure, language, and process, which is exactly what a self-implementing team needs: the tool itself keeps you on track with EOS.
